'World in Transition' - Five stories about the environmental crisis (graphic novel)
Our world is at a turning point. Plastic floods are polluting our oceans, the climate crisis is threatening our lives and the extinction of species is tearing deep gashes in our natural world. In the graphic novel World in Transition, we follow five young people from different parts of the world as they confront the major challenges of our time.
Powerful images and moving stories shed light on the historical roots of global problems. The young people show possible ways in which we can create a better, more sustainable world together.
The graphic novel is a project of the Young Academy for Sustainability Research (YAS) based at the Freiburg Institute for Advanced Studies (FRIAS).
