Gender, Courage, and Leadership: A View from Feminist Psychology
Continuing the interdisciplinary discussion of courage, I will share a perspective from feminist psychology. Guided by foundational questions about the conceptualization and measurement of courage in psychological science, I will also discuss the dispositional and situational influences on courageous behavior and explore how institutions can cultivate courage in individuals.
