Statistical mechanics methods for studying biophysical systems
Nowadays, the understanding of a large variety of physical, statistical mechanics methods. These methods, generally speaking, provide useful tools for studying both static and dynamic properties of many-body systems. In this lecture, I will explain in detail some conventional methods (molecular simulations and non-linear differential equations) that allow understanding phenomena like transport and phase transitions in systems of interest in biophysics.
