Meeting of the League of European Research Universities (LERU)
Social Scienes & Humanities Policy Group
The Social Sciences and Humanities (SSHU) policy group is composed of representatives of as much as possible disciplines that encompass this broad area.
The topics they work on range from EU policy developments regarding SSHU (especially FP9, Horizon 2020, and its work programs), training of high school teachers, and the organization and support of/for SSHU and interdisciplinary research in the LERU universities, through Institutes of Advanced Studies or University Colleges.
The activities of the thematic groups Crime & Social Control, Ethics, Law and Theology & Religious Studies fall under the remit of the SSHU policy group and are therefore followed closely.
