The documentary "Dear Future Children" follows three young activists from Hong Kong, Uganda, and Chile. It tells the activists' motivations and challenges and provides insights into the protest movements. The film will be followed by a panel discussion, offering a unique opportunity to engage with the film's director, Franz Böhm, and gain deeper insights into the making of the documentary. Admission is free of charge.
In addition to Franz Böhm, Sandra Angel Moreno (Student MSc Environmental Governance, University of Freiburg) and Alexa Weik von Mossner (Professor of American Studies, University of Klagenfurt) will take part in the discussion, which will be moderated by Maya Rollberg.
