To date, the School of History’s research results have appeared in more than 320 publications, including 18 monographs and 56 original contributions to peer reviewed journals. A total of six volumes have been published in the School of History’s two book series (Weiße Reihe; Rote Reihe), which focus on comparative European history between the 18th and 20th centuries. Further volumes are under review. The FRIAS-based Journal of Modern European History (JMEH), published by C.H. Beck, is a joint venture among European historians that takes account of the continuing internationalisation of the study of history. It is conceived as a forum for historians around the globe who share an interest in modern European history. FRIAS has published a total of eleven issues since 2008.
