About the Alumni Club

You enjoyed your fellowship and your stay at FRIAS? - then stay in touch! The Alumni Club strengthens the contact amongst past and current fellows. It generally supports the networks that have developed from fellowship stays here at FRIAS.

The Alumni Club ...

... connects you to a network of FRIAS alumni and friends worldwide

... keeps you involved in the FRIAS community and its activities

By being a member you can make a difference and support networking, career, mentoring activities and initiatives that matter to you and FRIAS.

News and Events

A general assembly is organised annually, as well as workshops on topics of interest for researchers to which the Alumni Club members are invited.

In June 2021, the Workshop “Writing and Receiving Letters of Recommendation” organised by our members Kristen Ghodsee and Sabine Hake and the Alumni Club took place as an online event.
